Booking

The contract becomes active when the customer books online, by phone or by email any of the services minimum 24 hours before the desired journey and the Service Provider confirms this in an email. You can Book any of our services by accessing our website (www.london-transfer.com) and filling out the online order form. This is available until 18.00 a day before the actual travel. After this time and in case of emergency, please book it by phone on the number below: +447510021503
Our system automatically confirms all booking to the customers. In case if this does not happen until 18.00pm the day before the travel in a form of txt or email, the customer should let us know by phoning: +447510021503. To book any services the customer will need the following: The date of the travel, pick up address and destination, the flight number, time of arrival/departure, which terminal to/from, and the customer's telephone number and email address.

Amending or cancelling the service:
Any of the services can be amended or canceled 48 hours before the start of the booked transfer or other service. If the customer fails to do so within the given timescale, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the transfer!

In case of a return transfer, if the return date changes the customer is obliged to let the Service Provider know about these changes 24hours in advance. If the customer fails to do so, the customer acknowledges that it is possible that the Service Provider will only be able to offer the service at a different time that the customer request.

Prices

The all time fares can be found on the Service Provider's website.
In case of online or telephone booking the transfer can be paid for at this present moment in the car before the start of the transfer and the driver will provide the customer with a receipt.

Timetable and waiting time

The Service Provider will do its best to get the customer to the desired destination safely and on time. The Service Provider is not responsible for any lateness if it's out of its control (i.e.: road accidents or any other event that can cause delay).
The Service Provider will let all passengers know about the meeting point and where the vehicle will wait at the airport in advance. The passenger/customer also has the opportunity to ask the Service Provider that the driver should wait for him/her by the arrival gates with a board with the customers name on it.

During the travel the customer is solely responsible for causing any harm to anyone in the vehicle or any damage to the vehicle.
The customer should only take the transfer if the customer is in a good health condition and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In these instances the customer can be refused from the transfer.
It is not acceptable for the customer to carry any objects or liquids that are a danger to any customers or to the vehicle.

The passenger/customer also has the opportunity to ask the Service Provider that the driver should wait for him/her by the arrival gates with a board with the customers name on it.
