Who do we offer our services to?
We would like to offer our services to those who are travelling to/from London for short or long term and would prefer not to use the public transport in London with their baggage to get to their desired destination.
Our drivers will help with the luggage at all time.
Where will the driver wait?
The Service Provider will let all passengers know about the meeting point and where the vehicle will wait at the airport in advance. The passenger/customer also has the opportunity to ask the Service Provider that the driver should wait for him/her by the arrival gates with a board with the customers name on it.
When will the transfer leave from the airport?
The transfer will leave after the arrival of the customer.
What time will the transfer leave from a given address if I want to be at the airport at a certain time?
We will confirm with the customer the exact time of the transfer at all times (this is normally three hours before the departure of the flight). The transfer departure time will depend on the distance between the address and the airport and whether it's peak time or not.
What happens if out of my control I miss my transfer (i.e.: lost baggage or long passport control)?
We check the time of arrivals at all times so we will know the exact landing time even if your flight is delayed. The driver would wait for all delayed flights.
We would ask all customers to contact us immediately if an unexpected issue occurs on out telephone number. You can contact us by telephone or by txt and this way we can also let the driver know about the delay.
